Any Hospitality Management diploma is a combination of 50% of classroom study and 50% of co-op work experience.
As a student who takes a Hospitality Management course in Canada, you will learn the following concepts and techniques related to the industry.

Hotel and restaurant operations
International marketing for hospitality management
Food preparation and service
Front and back-office operations.
Intercultural team dynamics in hospitality
Hospitality industry trends and sustainability practices

As well as the additional effort and level of commitment students must give to their program, students are expected to complete a minimum of 1-3 hours of assigned reading and/or homework each day, as designated by the hospitality instructor.
